We here at Northpoint Volvo Cars have never been partial to the idea of our packages waiting at our doorstep. Primarily because our items are often left in inclement weather, or at the risk of theft for several hours. If you struggle with the same situation -- don't we all? --, you may be pleased to learn that Volvo has partnered with Sweden startup, Urb-it, to ensure that you never have to settle for primitive forms of delivery, again.

Here's how it works: First, you place an order on an Urb-it enabled website. Then, one of Urb-its delivery members claims your package from the store using a unique code. Finally, they bring your package to your Volvo and lock it securely in the trunk. How do they access it? Using a one-time key access, of course. Did we mention that this will all be completed within two-hours, otherwise the delivery service is completely free? Well, it's true.

As of now this service is only available to Stockholm, Sweden Volvo customers. Volvo plans to expand its services to other European cities later this year. By 2025 it plans to expand globally to more than 200 cities. Be sure to stay tuned. And, in the meantime, explore our inventory of new Volvo models.
