Volvo wagons have always sold well in the United States so it came as no surprise when the automaker announced that the V60 would be making its way over here. After selling so well in Europe, we couldn't be more excited for our chance to try it, and we think you should be too! Here's what we know so far.
The automaker has stated that the V60 will be quite versatile, offering sports sedan qualities while retaining the utility of a wagon. The European version offers 11 different powertrain options ranging from diesel, gas-powered, or an electric-diesel and ethanol-gas combination. Whether you want efficiency or performance, there's an option for you, assuming the North American version will also have as many options as its counterpart across the pond.
Two different body styles offer an additional option. One offers all the comfort you'd expect from a Volvo while the other adds a bit of sport edginess. No matter which one you pick, the smooth, curved surfaces and lines will be sure to please driver, passenger, and observer alike.
